Historical ambiance, quick service at the bar, outdoor seating availability
The outdated decor really detracts from the overall experience!!! Noise from adjacent rooms during the night made for an uncomfortable stay!!!

We booked two rooms and loved the Kennedy Suite with its spacious whirlpool and super comfy bed. The live music in the lounge was a fun way to unwind after a long day. The pool was a nice bonus for the kids. The only thing I'd mention is that the decor could use a little updating, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in, with a warm welcome and timely service. We especially loved the delicious food options, particularly the fresh carvery and the scrumptious main course meal that came with a glass of wine. The room was spacious and clean, making it a great base for our adventures at Emerald Park and local attractions.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a wider range of family-friendly activities or a kids' club to keep the teens entertained during downtime.

I gotta say, when we walked into the room, it was spacious and clean, felt like a breath of fresh air! Plus, we indulged in this cocktail menu that had us feeling relaxed, had a Prosecco cocktail that was fresh and zingy!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but, you know, it was still acceptable.

The location near Trim Castle was very convenient.
On both mornings, there was little to no hot water for showers, which was incredibly frustrating. Breakfast was also lacking. there were no croissants or proper options available even after I inquired. The staff did their best, but overall management needs to seriously address these issues.
